Contract Benefits Administrator
Our client is looking for a Benefit Administrator. The Customer Support Representative Benefits specialist will handle routine customer service inquiries related to benefit plan provisions, eligibility and general procedures via telephone and updates computerized data entry system as necessary.
Uses computerized data entry system for tracking, data collection and/or troubleshooting; primarily relying upon standard screens, scripts and procedures for call resolution.
Performs inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
Strong customer service skills
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree Preferred
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
2-3 year experience as customer call center representative or service as intermediate-level customer call center representative
