Job Description Position Summary: The Compensation Manager has responsibility for leading the development, implementation and administration of the organization's compensation program. This includes salaries and bonuses, plus employee benefits, such as pensions. Life insurance, profit-sharing, company cars and medical insurance packages. The position may also have some responsibility and/or involvement with arranging relocation and expatriate packages. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: * Design and manage compensation, incentive and recognition programs. * Identify compensation program and incentive program requirements. * Manage merit programs. * Responsible for policy development and administration. * Maintain / upgrade job families and role progressions. * Conduct market studies of rewards & assess affordability level. * Assess affordability level and overall budget management. * Identify new critical capabilities and skills. * A strong contributor to the development of new compensation strategies through creative input combined with data analysis and a deep understanding of the company's future challenges (bonus plans, market position, salary range design, and pay mix analysis.). * Coordinate and deploy performance management, annual salary reviews, bonus payout processes throughout the company. * Ensure that a culture of performance is rooted deep in the organization through the definition of guidelines and KPIs related to performance assessment and their translation at the time of salary and bonus review. * In cooperation with HR and Finance, establish budgeting guidelines for the different populations, countries and package components at the Group level (salary increases, allowances revision, bonus provisions). * Act as a recognized subject matter expert, advising HR and business managers. Qualifications/Requirements: * 7-10 years strong experience in design and / or administration of compensation programs. * Experience in federal government services (including defense sector) preferred. * Bachelors Degree (preferably in HR), Masters preferred. * Proven track record of delivering remuneration strategies. * Is an intellectually astute with strong drive for results. * Excellent communication skills and cross-group collaboration. * Planning, organizing and coordinating competencies. * HR informations systems compentency.
