What does a Compensation Director DO?
Put your energy and intelligence to work, keeping our multibillion dollar operation moving, and making a real difference. You'll also be responsible for:
* Overall design, implementation, communication and administration of the organization's compensation programs (base salary, incentive compensation, sales compensation, senior management and equity compensation). Experience with warehouse compensation programs a plus.
* Position total compensation practices and programs to attract and retain talent and support business and market needs.
* Act as an internal consultant to business units on all compensation practices; identify emerging workforce issues related to compensation and develop innovative solutions.
