Drive top line production to hit desired sales goals and right mix of product sales through existing channels and in designated markets? Focus on selling through benefit consultants, brokers and direct to Fortune 1000 organizations? Drive the sales process from initial RFP through final decision, including (1) working with internal partners/Subject Matter Experts to write/review the RFP response (2) acting as the single point of contact with the broker/client (3) overseeing the creation of the finalist presentation and (4) positioning Genworth to win the sale? Contribute to the effectiveness of the sales team by sharing best practices and effective sales ideas, as well as fostering a shared commitment to winning?
