Walmart is seeking qualified candidates for an Executive Compensation Analyst / Compensation Committee Liaison position. This position is to be located in Bentonville, AR at the Walmart Corporate Headquarters. Job Description: The Committee Liaison and Executive Compensation Analyst will be responsible for overseeing, developing, executing, and improving the Compensation, Nominating and Governance Committee (CNGC) process initiatives by focusing on the following: Providing up-to-date expertise of project management skills Creating and developing written communications for the CNGC and other committees using various formats and tools Analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data and making sound recommendations and presentations for executives and senior leadership Working with Board members and executives to collaborate in preparation for various meetings related to future committee meetings Key relationship building with cross-functional teams such as divisional compensation teams, finance teams, and legal teams will be vital to ensure alignment with Board objectives Gaining an understanding of all executive annual compensation processes such as officer compensation reviews, performance management reviews, proxy statement preparation, incentive payments, compensation proposals, and external market analysis Collecting and preparing data for market surveys and proposals to fill-in where project demands are required Category: Benefits and Compensation
