Unit Summary: Delaware North Companies Corporate office is the home of nine independent operating units, which offer worldwide capabilities in foodservice, retail, gaming and hospitality in sports and entertainment, airports, national parks, gaming destinations, hotels and restaurants. Please visit to learn more. Your Role: The successful associate will manage Compensation related items, including supporting the strategic direction and administration of compensation programs. Specifically: - Performs analysis on compensation related items, including position evaluations, annual merit pay increases, bonus calculations/projections, the development of salary structures, and total rewards statements. - Ensure the companys total rewards plans and programs are administered in compliance with policy and any regulatory requirements. - Serves as the primary liaison between Home Office and field locations on Compensation related matters. - Coordinates the annual benefits enrollment process, including developing communication materials, ensuring all HR teams are fulfilling their duties, etc. - Responsible for the development and maintenance of all total rewards-related DNC knowledge base content, policies and procedures. - Use analytical skills to implement process improvement measures to assist in creating effective department workflow. Our Expectations: Qualified associates must have: - Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required. - Minimum 5-10 years demonstrated compensation analysis, design, and administration experience required. - Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships and demonstrate high integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidential information. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and relational databases. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. - Excellent analytical and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required.
