CODING MANAGER
Summary:
The coding manager is responsible for assisting in the development and evolution of overall strategy for the company's coding operations in the HIM Service Center. The coding Manager manages, directs and coordinates the coding activities within the HSC. Responsibilities include management of process and personnel. Actively monitor employee performance and rewards or disciplines accordingly. Provides direct managerial oversite to Code I, II, III and IV in management of inpatient and outpatient coding functions, work queues, work processes, and overall work responsibilities.
