Chrysler Leadership Development Program
Chrysler Leadership Development program is a highly selective two year program for high potential employees. Managed by Corporate Audit, this program is designed to develop future leaders by incorporating intensive on-the-job development opportunities, supplemental development and interaction with global business leaders. CLD provides participants with executive mentors and networks to accelerate career progression. Participants will perform critical assignments and core business process analysis in all three of Chrysler's functional areas: Industrial, Commercial and Corporate Staffs. The CLD program offers employees a significant role in leadership with the opportunity of advancement. Participants will gain a foundation in risk identification and mitigation, business policy and procedure, development and improvement, ethics and compliance across a number of functional areas. Candidates will take a critical role within the organization while increasing levels of accountability, embrace competition, and are empowered to lead change and lead people. This program helps candidates develop high performance teams at the highest levels and presents networking opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
• MBA/Master's degree with a minimum 3.2 GPA • 2-6 years of professional business experience • Demonstrated leadership experience • Willingness to travel 25-30% of the time
