Channel Marketing Manager

The Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, measuring and supporting marketing programs and campaigns for NetSuite’s channel sales organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Channel Marketing, , the Manager will be responsible for all core marketing activities including new partner recruiting, partner communications, marketing communications, analyst and blogger relations, and channel enablement. The Channel Marketing Manager oversees the marketing budget assigned by NetSuite and leverages all funding sources to execute on channel program objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize the marketing mix across multiple acquisition channels to drive new partner acquisition, prospect nurturing and revenue growth. Manage all core online and off-line marketing programs, including online advertising, email campaigns, webinars, telemarketing, trade-shows/events and public relations.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, find successful new vehicles and new media, and track and analyze campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Develop strategies, programs, campaigns and key messaging to drive greater adoption among target partner prospects in core markets and key verticals (e.g., software/technology, professional services, wholesale distribution).
  • Analyze and report on all key marketing initiatives to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year College or University; MBA preferred.
  • At least six to ten years of experience in B2B software technology marketing with a proven track record in building successful marketing programs.
  • Candidate must be a self-starter and comfortably work with minimum direction and limited information. Must have the ability to prioritize, multi-task, manage projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results with limited time and resources.
  • Heavy emphasis will be placed on problem solving skills, personal initiative and good interpersonal relationship skills. In addition, candidate must be resourceful and driven with excellent oral and written communication skills, and posses an analytical ability.
  • Knowledge of mid-market and enterprise software products and solutions is desired.
  • Minimal travel required.
