Change Management Specalist

Territory (if applicable):
Corporate Business Unit: Corporate encompasses the core operational support for all Land O'Lakes businesses. It includes Business Development Services, Corporate Market Strategy and Communications, Finance, Law, Human Resources, Information Technology and Public Affairs.
Position Purpose: The Change Management Specialist will support the Change Manager to implement large-scale organizational change within and across business units/functions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Working with Change Manager to help define change vision and success measures.
Will help implement large and small scale technology changes as well as other broad scale change.
Stakeholder Management: Conducting Stakeholder Analysis and using results to plan and drive stakeholder engagement and alignment.
Assessing Organizational Readiness: Conducting Readiness Assessments to determine gaps between current and desired states and to identify facilitators and barriers to the desired changes.
Developing and Implementing Change Management Strategy and Plan: Working with Change Manager to develop a plan to effectively and efficiently move organization from current to desired state. Plans
include action steps, communication and training plans, and evaluation process. Plans effectively manage risk to operations and organization. Involves appropriate partners (e.g., Learning and Development, HR Business partners, Total Margin Management (TMM), and Communications).
Providing Ongoing Implementation Support: Managing evaluation process and measurement systems to track adoption and sustainability of changes. Identifying and addressing resistance and performance
gaps. Ensuring that desired behaviors are reinforced and successful change is recognized and celebrated.
Required (Basic) Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree required along with a minimum of 6-9 years relevant work experience.
Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience with change management principles and methodologies.
Experience in managing technology change.
Prior experience with Change Management for an ERP system.
Required Competencies & Other Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in the ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Effective interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong analytic, problem solving and decision-making ability
Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.
Preferred Experience & Education: Master's or MBA in Human Resources preferred.
Change Management Professional designation a plus.
Experience with Change Management with Oracle Fusion ERP a plus.
Preferred Competencies & Other Skills:
Percentage of Travel: Minimal
