ITIL Analyst - 6 months - Camden, NJ Summary Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of IT Services, ensuring that all operational services are implemented by way of ITIL best practices. You will work closely with the IT Service Management Lead, our Business Customers, IT Business Engagement leads, External Partners and across IT functions, to identify and establish current and future service requirements. Assist in the development and maintenance of service reporting and actionable outcomes. Collect, collate & publish Service metrics and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) between the business and IT. Requires Excellent (Exceptional) communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Strategic thinking skills. Ability to anticipate and assess risks, contingency plans and manage change. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Prior experience working in a Service Management role. Knowledge of analytical tools and/or financial principles/tools beneficial. Must be ITIL Certified. Minimal high school graduate or equivalent required Principle Accountabilities 1. Ensure all current and future services are identified, understood and formally documented 2. Maintain SLA documentation 3. Maintain Organizational Level Agreements with other IT functions 4. Review 3rd party contracts to ensure that they are aligned to the SLAs 5. Monitor and report on SLAs 6. Produces regular Service metric reports for our Business Customers, IT and Senior Management 7. Initiate necessary actions to improve or maintain levels of service 8. Analyze performance service data to ascertain performance capabilities 9. Measure, analyze and improve customer satisfaction 10. Follow ITIL process frameworks best practices 11. Regularly review SLAs and OLAs 12. Assist in definition and development of service level targets 13. Participate in development of a reporting strategy, reporting on service performance to all relevant groups external to IT Services 14. Assist in addressing internal customer concerns, service level variances, operational metrics and other relevant KPIs 15. Maintain a high degree of responsibility for the all reporting processes, as well as all associated tools, data feeds and development of processes to implement reporting 16. Develop and maintain service reporting standards 17. Assist and guide IT functions in developing appropriately linked Operational metrics and KPIs. Looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience and m ust be ITIL Certified .
