Call Center Supervisor - This position is located in Mason, OH.
Overview:
Call Center Supervisors are responsible for daily supervision, coaching, motivating and development of assigned associates. The salary range for this position is $11.00 - $13.75 per hour.
Key Accountabilities:
Complete monthly performance evaluations
Resolve escalated customer situations
Provide timely and appropriate follow-up on customer accounts
Resolve associate problems and concerns effectively
Provide timely and accurate completion of assigned special projects
Skills Summary:
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
Outstanding customer service skills required
Excellent written/verbal communication skills required
Must have ability to work independently
Must have a strong proficiency in Microsoft application
Excellent problem solving, analytical, decision-making, and follow-up skills required
Excellent time management required
Excellent leadership skills required
Computer keyboarding and navigational skills required
