Job Description :
Act as a SAP HR payroll configuration lead in implementing SAP HR/Payroll for new business units. Follow the SAP methodology during these implementations. Perform Payroll configuration including developing schema rules. Support the Corporate payroll department and the other payroll users at multiple sites during weekly payroll run. Insure weekly payroll completion, printing of checks/deposits, reconciling G/L interfaces and all required reporting. May carry out a variety of assignments and responsibilities related or incidental to the primary function.
Job Requirements :
BA/BS in related field required. Minimum 5 years of related experience, including 1- 2 years programming experience in ABAP/4. Led implementation of Org. Management, Personnel Administration, Benefits, Time Management, ESS, Workflow, Payroll Administration or Tax Reporter. In-depth knowledge in overall functionality, configuration and integration of SAP within HR/Payroll and Finance. Payroll processing # Gross to net, Posting to finance, Third party remittance, Tax Reporting. Completed all project life cycle phases including gathering requirements, design, gap analysis prototype, configuration, unit testing key user training, conversion, and parallel testing. Identified current policies and procedures. Defined #to be# business processes, conversion, history, interface, and reporting requirements. Designed and configured master date, payroll date; developed and implemented solutions to identified SAP functionality gaps. Strong communication and analytical skills. Managed resources and project work plans preferred. Facilitated change management issues ideal. Knowledge of SAP HR ESS/MSS a plus. Configuration of ESS/MSS services and WebDynPro for ABAP desired. Implementation of Travel Management module a plus.
