Overview:
The Benefits Administration Family Status Events Analyst is responsible for processing Status Events such as the birth of a dependent, marriage, divorce, loss of other group coverage, or enrolling in other group coverage. The salary range for this position is $10.50 - 13.13 per hour.
Key Accountabilities:
Take the initial call from the associate with the Family Status Event and explain how to fill out the necessary forms and follow up with the associate
Review queries to verify that associates are making benefit elections that are in-line with the type of Family Status Event they experienced
Cancel overage dependents from coverage
Skills Summary:
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
Excellent customer service
Demonstrated problem solving, analytical, decision-making, communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
Computer keyboarding and navigational skills required
Excel/Word experience preferred
PeopleSoft experience preferred
