The Retirement Life Event Coordinator serves as the single point of contact for delivery of enterprise-wide retirement services. Responsibilities include: - Single point of contact for employees who are retiring - Act as a liaison to internal and external business partners. - Presents employee benefits presentations (e.g. retirement process, group layoff) - Advocacy - Perform other related duties, as assigned. Provide union and non-union employees in a retirement life event a single point of contact for delivery of enterprise-wide retirement services. Partner with internal and external business partners to ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables. Provide employee guidance on completion of applicable retirement forms, benefit payment options, medical coverage options, savings plan distribution options and necessary actions as they relate to the retirement process. Conduct enterprise-wide retirement process and/or benefit seminars through BEN (Boeing Education Network) and in-person group sessions as needed.
