Benefits Manager Department: Human Resources Schedule: Full time 40 hours Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Salary: $60,486.40 - $83,064.80 - $105,643.20 Job ID: 20060 Job Code: 003266 Job Details: At the direction of the Director of HR Business Partner, Benefits and Shared Services and within an HR service delivery model, lead the team of Benefits Analysts, Benefits Coordinator and other designated employees responsible for administering all health & welfare, leave administration and retirement benefit programs across the Dartmouth-Hitchcock system. Ensure these programs are administered accurately, equitably, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure team responds to employee inquiries consistently, accurately, and in keeping with target service level metrics, customer service expectations and operational imperatives. MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree with minimum of 5 years of directly related experience, including progressively responsible experience in HR and benefits administration or the equivalent in education and experience required. Experience and demonstrated ability to manage the administration of comprehensive retirement and health & welfare benefit programs within a full-service HR service center environment desired. Strong customer service orientation and training skills required. Must possess the ability to manage a team that operates under time pressure, pursue multiple goals, and facilitate change in response to a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills are essential.
