Benefits Administrator/HR Analyst

AAA Allied Group, Inc. located throughout Greater Cincinnati, Central Kentucky, Connecticut, and Kansas is currently seeking a Benefits Administrator/HR Analyst to join their Cincinnati team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering
the day-to-day operations of group benefit programs (group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, worker’s compensation, life insurance, flexible spending plan, 401(k) plan and retirement plan) for AAA and our subsidiary, Bob Sumerel Tire and Service, LLC, in addition to limited HR Generalist responsibilities as assigned (ie. recruitment, selection, employee relations, etc.). The Benefits Administrator/HR Analyst will have significant involvement with the on-line administration of our benefit plans, with our third party vendors, and with Energy Insurance, our broker.Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and three to five years related benefits or employee benefit administration experience or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills and database management are required
• Excellent communication and organization skills and customer service orientation are required.
• PHR professional designation preferred.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates.
• Capability of effective planning and priority setting.
•Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
•Ability to understand, evaluate and make complex decisions.
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize Microsoft Office Products are required.
• Knowledge of benefit contract language.
• Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements both adopted and pending affecting employee benefit programs, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ID, SECTION 125, Workers Compensation, Medicare, COBRA, and Social Security and DOL requirements.
