Job Description Eaton Corporation located in Torino-Italy, has an opening for a temporary Associate HR Assistant for the headquarters of EMEA Vehicle Group.
Primary function of this position is:
Support the Human Resource Department with the administration, planning and implementation of company sponsored activities; handle hiring / exit processes, timecards, and other duties as required. Assists in the administrative functions of a highly responsible and confidential nature for the Human Resource department.

In details:
Plans and carried out assigned Human Resource administrative functions requiring considerable knowledge of the company, benefits plans and legal requirements in a highly confidential manner.
Responsible for EMEA HQ salaried and hourly (Human Resource Information System) (Payroll System), and the HR Oracle systems.
Responsible to enter and maintain HRMS information weekly and monthly to include new hires, terminations, wage administrative, leave of absences, insurance and general associate information. Manages all required reports (Invalidi, Parit)
Administrative assistance to HR Manager .
Handle open position requisitions, and supports selection team on all incoming resumes. Schedule interviews for all open positions.
Supports HRM in conducting hourly & salaried new hire orientations and processing. Actively coordinate orientation team activities for new hire and transfers.
Actively Supports HRM in the HR administration related to RIF
Act as a contact for employee comments, concerns, questions, and provide information to employees as needed
Assist with recognition programs within the plant (i.e. E-star).
Takes care of the update of org charts for the HQ
Supports in the Merit planning and OCA process administration
Create and maintain HR website.
Responsible for the Company car policy administration
Comply with requirements of the Quality and Environmental Management Systems
Perform additional functions as required

Job Qualifications
/Educational Requirements Education:B/S, M/S degree in business with emphasis in Human Resources / Industrial Relations preferred. English language fluency

Experience: 1/3 years administrative experience in HR. This position requires a high degree of independent judgment, discretion, and knowledge of company organization, policy, and human resources practices. The incumbent works independently under general guidance on a large variety of functions and special projects. The incumbent has frequent access to highly confidential information and files. Business contacts include persons at all levels in the organization, industry and community. Proficient knowledge of business communication skills, including company correspondence and general letter writing mechanics. Strong interpersonal skills required. Proficient computer and system software skills
