Central Benefits Representative with customer service in all areas of benefits administration for the US, Sal/HMR/HBU. Candidate must have ability to work with Excel spreadsheets, posses analytical skills, and be proficient at report writing and development of executive summaries. Familiarity with Total Rewards program, HR knowledge center operations, data integrity, and FMLA is required. Project management for special programs and support of Business Unit and HR Client Managers is required. This position has a lot of growth potential to eventually grow into more complex benefits special projects and assignments.
Flexible work and team environment. Willingness to facilitate or learn Webi reports, excel spreadsheets, and ease at working with web sites.

Travel is required approximately 5% to 10% of the time.

Five to ten years in HR or related experience.
Excellent communication skills required. Ability to understand issues with clarity and proceed on resolution and preventing in the future.
Understanding vendor interfacing, i.e. Hewitt's workflow systems. Willingness to become familiar with all HR business systems. Will require analytical skills to work through difficult vendor issues with Corp. Office representatives or work individually, as necessary.
Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and report writing and have excellent presentation skills.
