PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB:
Handle and respond timely and accurately to all means of consumer contact with the Company. Accountable to ensure consumer satisfaction and meet sales initiatives through proactive order management, initiative and excellent communication skills. Provide a vast range of information on all Coleman products of technical and non-technical nature, covering historical and current product lines.

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Answer incoming phone calls from end users or prospective users of the Company's products; provide information in regards to product specifications, dealer availability, technical information required to repair existing products, assist with product replacement or warranty service and take orders for product and parts.
• Respond to consumer incidents quickly, professionally and concisely providing the requested information.
• As directed by supervision, tracks consumer feedback at the product level for use by Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Enter sales orders for parts or product and proactively monitor progression to ensure on time shipment.
• Maintain parts lists on all past and present Coleman products.
• Through continuous improvement, takes corrective action to fix inefficiencies in the order to delivery process, web site content or warranty processes. Participates in cross-functional teams for company wide improvements.
• A demonstrated team player with the ability to perform and assist others under stressful situations.
• Flexible in job assignment and work hours, cross-trained among the various duties and consumer contact methods.
• Regular attendance to perform essential job duties between the assigned start and end times for work
• All other projects as assigned by management.
• Maintains outstanding communication with other teams and areas within the Company.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Associates or Bachelor’s level degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a call center, customer service, data entry, service industry or equivalent preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Must be accurate, detail oriented and have demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience communicating professionally and positively (both written and oral) in a demanding environment.
• Coleman product knowledge a plus
• Experience with SAP a plus
