Details Date Posted: 2010-08-23 Located In: Omaha, NE Hours: 40+ hours per week Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm Days of Week: Monday-Friday Contact FAX: Description Account Executive/ Strategic Services Manager - Deep contact center and/or CRM experience. - Plus: Vertical market experience in the Telecommunications, Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance and Retail markets. - Consultative, operational and/or account management experience within the contact center domain - Business related Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of related business experience. - Multilingual a plus - Minimum five (5) years experience in a client-facing position (e.g., account management, client delivery leader, senior consultant). - Ability to handle multiple assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities. - Exceptional problem-resolution skills including the ability to think creatively in the development of ideas/solutions that will contribute value in a dynamic, client-centered environment. - Excellent presentation and analytical skills mastering the use of Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability and conviction to develop high quality delivery communications. - Highly developed business communication skills with the ability to articulate an effective expression of ideas, tasks, and status to a variety of professional levels of internal and external contacts. - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Travel up to 25% - Experience managing retention and growth of account based revenue Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop program performance and quality monitoring strategy and implementation plans. - Establish and maintain client relationships while continually developing new solutions to enhance their results and exceed client objectives. - Establish program goals and manage programs to ensure that all TPG products and services deliver against a pre-determined ROI. - Become intimately familiar with assigned customers’ products, services, and processes to develop full understanding of how the company can better meet client goals and expectations. - Train and evaluate Performance Analyst team members assigned to support client accounts. - Communicate with Clients and Vendor Partners during program start-up regarding program goals and strategic plan implementation. - Research and compile preliminary supporting client information (company background, industry information, competitive information, product information) for training material for a new/existing program or client. - Execute TPG Standard Communication Plan - Analyze effectiveness of client programs against objectives and develop presentations to senior client managers of results, areas of improvement, recommendations and suggested changes to strategy. - Understand all financial areas of the account, including revenue projections, cost, and profit. Drive both revenue retention and revenue growth. - Direct team development and growth. Continually work with performance enhancement team members to improve understanding of program related activities. - Develop and deliver program analyses. - Develop and maintain a strong business, professional, and sales relationship with functional leaders at client organizations within assigned portfolio. Summary: Account Executive/Strategic Services Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of client delivery, account growth and expectation management. You will work closely with dedicated Fortune 500 clients to ensure they each receive the best possible level of service, to make certain client needs are effectively addressed and value is delivered with every TPG communication.
