SR HR Generalist

Talented, forward thinking Sr Human Resources Generalist needed to join a dynamic team. Principle accountabilities include but are not limited to:
*Managing recruting process, develop sourcing strategies and build strong relationships to ensure flow of qualified candidates for openings.
*Manage Company/s performance management systen
*Develop and manage training curriculum
*Coordinating non-union policy development and maintenance
*Managing relocation program
*Managing the pre-employment and DOT drug testing programs
Successful candidates should have the following experiences and abilities:
*HR experience in a manufacturing environment - preferably in a plant that processes
*Extensive experience and knowledge in recruiting
*Excellent Performance Management Skills and thorough understanding of employment law
*Effective decision-making and communication skills
*Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
*Experience working in a union environment
