A Delivery Manager is responsible for the overall delivery function within their branch. This includes the responsibility of prioritizing client requirements, responding quickly and effectively to these requirements, interacting with client managers during the recruiting process and supporting active contractors. Delivery Managers are also responsible for properly allocating branch and external resources to meet client and branch timeframes. Another key responsibility is developing competitive strategies to effectively build and maintain contractor community talent pipelines. The Delivery Manager is also responsible for the leadership, management, and development of branch recruiters. We are looking for that go-to manager to offer their expertise in the recruiting field.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities: Management to the branch process relating to internal staff and external resources, Overflow, AV vendors, Specialized Recruiting etc. Responsible for overall mentoring, coaching, and management of Recruiters including Quarterly and Annual performance reviews Introduces disciplinary action with support of Managing Director Identify, hire, develop and retain recruiters Sets goals & conducts TR reviews Allocates resources to coach and mentor new recruiters Acts as a peer group coach Ensures pit compliance with corporate policies and procedures Build a long-lasting, continuous talent pipeline Provides QA on all branch requirements including solid, well documented job descriptions, fair market bill rates, and providing clear delivery expectations to the client and Account Manager
Requirements:
A successful applicant must:
Four years of professional experience including the management and leadership of a team or two years of industry-related recruiting experience. Ability to manage and develop others Ability to effectively utilize and allocate resources Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables at once Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Ability to negotiate conflict and find solutions Ability to lead and manage change Sales experience preferred
EDUCATION:
Undergraduate degree required. .
